Roger Rodriguez
Chief Executive Officer
Roger Rodriguez, CEO of Genuine Health Group, brings a wealth of healthcare leadership experience marked by a successful track record of driving innovation and growth in the industry. Previously a Senior Advisor at Genuine Health Group, Roger concentrated on expanding partnerships, building new risk relationships with Medicare Advantage payers, and driving the growth of Genuine's ACO Reach program.
Before joining Genuine Health Group, Roger served as the Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare & Retirement business in Florida and other Southeast states. During his tenure, he managed a vast membership of 650,000 Medicare Advantage members and was responsible for overseeing substantial profit and loss revenue of $7 billion. His visionary leadership and strategic acuity were evident in the successful integration of Medica HealthCare Plans and Preferred Care Partners into the UnitedHealthcare family.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Miami and a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Barry University.

Joseph L. Caruncho, Sr.
Executive Chairman
Joseph L. Caruncho, Sr. currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Genuine Health Group. He was formerly CEO of the organization, which he co-founded.
Prior to co-founding Genuine Health Group, Joe was the co-founder and chief executive of Preferred Care Partners, a Medicare Advantage plan, Joe significantly contributed to its growth, expanding membership to 55,000, and achieving impressive sales exceeding $750 million.
With over a decade of experience in corporate healthcare law, he has represented physicians, hospital systems, healthcare delivery networks, ancillary providers, and health plans.
In 2004, Florida International University acknowledged his contributions by inducting him into its College of Business Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame. The following year, he was honored as the 2005 Ernst and Young “Health Care Entrepreneur of the Year” for the State of Florida, the South Florida Business Journal’s “Healthcare CEO of the Year,” and as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Hispanics in the U.S.” by Hispanic Business Magazine.
Beyond his professional achievements, Joe has actively served on the Florida Board of Governors, overseeing the State’s public universities. He was a valuable member of the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Task Force on Higher Education and has contributed his expertise as a former board member for both Florida Polytechnic University and Florida International University.
Gamil Kharfan
Chief Growth Officer
As Chief Growth Officer of Genuine Health Group, Mr. Kharfan works primarily on physician recruitment, focusing on the company’s network of doctors who participate in Genuine Health’s ACOs and its Medicare Advantage programs. In addition to his work growing the Genuine brand, he works closely with physician practices to increase patient participation in the company’s value-based healthcare models.
Mr. Kharfan is the founder and former CEO of Claro Insurance, a multi-state health insurance brokerage with licensed agents working in the Medicare, individual, and commercial insurance markets. Prior to founding Claro, Mr. Kharfan worked at United Health Group as a field representative concentrating on South Florida membership, and at Preferred Care Partners, where he was a top sales producer. He is also a former member of the United Health Group ISR Leadership Committee of South Florida.
Mr. Kharfan has received numerous accolades as a top performer in business growth and sales.

Sean Leimbach
Chief Strategy Officer
Sean Leimbach is Chief Strategy Officer at Genuine Health Group. In this role, he oversees capital raising, corporate venturing efforts, strategic planning, and market opportunities. Mr. Leimbach also manages relationships with a robust network of investors and oversees the execution of capital deployment to ensure controlled, strategic growth.
Mr. Leimbach formerly worked as an Investment Analyst at Balyasny Asset Management and Coatue Management, where he developed systematic data analysis tools to inform investment decisions. He began his career at Barclays Capital.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.

Marc Auerbach, Esq.
Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel
As Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Genuine Health Group, Marc Auerbach, Esq. assists with transactions related to physician engagements and home healthcare, as well as managed care organizations and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Marc has specific expertise working with managed care companies, ACOs, and provider organizations. He previously served as a shareholder of Cozen O’Connor, ranked among the top law firms in the country, where he specialized in healthcare. Named a “Super Lawyer” in 2006 and 2007 and from 2012 to 2015, Marc also provides pro-bono assistance to several Miami organizations.
Marc earned his J.D. from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the Florida Bar’s Health Law section.

Manny Lopez, Esq.
Chief Compliance Officer
Manny Lopez, Esq. is Chief Compliance Officer at Genuine Health Group. In his role, he spearheads compliance matters for Genuine’s multiple business lines to encourage continued company growth.
Mr. Lopez is the former Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Operations at Accountable Care Medical Group, where he concentrated on network development, payer relations, finance, budget management, member services, and legal/regulatory compliance.
Prior to his position at ACMG, Mr. Lopez worked in private practice, where he specialized in commercial litigation, healthcare contracts, sales and purchases of healthcare businesses, state and federal healthcare regulatory compliance, and representation of healthcare companies and clinicians. He has extensive experience in HIPPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and Stark Law.
Mr. Lopez earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.

Jenifer Montesino
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Genuine Health Group, Ms. Montesino oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including revenue, quality, and physician engagement, as well as the Genuine Health At Home program, which provides home-based care for patients with chronic diseases, and the company’s home health agency. Previously, she served as vice president of revenue and quality at Genuine Health Group.
Prior to joining Genuine Health Group, Ms. Montesino spent twelve years at UnitedHealthcare-owned and operated Medicare Advantage plans in Florida, where she concentrated on Medicare risk adjustment and overseeing primary care physicians’ quality ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Ms. Montesino earned both her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.

Annette Onorati, Esq.
Executive Director, Population Health Alliance
As Executive Director of Population Health Alliance, Annette Onorati oversees the operations of the joint venture between Genuine Health Group and a large primary care provider group, Population Health Alliance, in South Florida. Population Health Alliance contracts with Medicare Advantage organizations and manages members under risk arrangements.

Ms. Onorati has over twenty years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, and management of healthcare organizations. She recently served as Chief Operating Officer for UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement for the South Florida region, where she oversaw the daily operations of the company. Prior to her role at UnitedHealthcare, she served as Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Preferred Care Partners.

Ms. Onorati earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Finance and Management from Florida State University.

Ana Ishii, SHRM-CP
Vice President Of Human Capital
As Vice President of Human Capital, Ana Ishii concentrates on talent management, employee relations, compensation and total rewards programs, workforce planning, and management.
Previously, Ms. Ishii served as Vice President, Director of Human Resources at Grove Bank & Trust, where she worked for 17 years. She managed all aspects of HR functions for the boutique bank, including performance management, benefits, payroll, and compliance for more than 100 employees.
Ms. Ishii is well-versed in human resource policy and procedures, Affirmative Action Plan, retirement plan administration, and payroll practices.
Ms. Ishii earned a master’s degree in management from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University.

Franz Victoria
Vice President Of Data Analytics
As Vice President of Data Analytics, Franz Victoria identifies new opportunities to continue Genuine Health Group’s growth. Using his unique experience developing financial models and analytical tools, he will work towards improving processes and supporting objectives and projects.
Previously, Mr. Victoria was part of the UnitedHealth Group and oversaw the organization’s financial performance. While at UnitedHealthcare, Mr. Victoria oversaw more than 500,000 Medicare patients in Florida. He saved the company over $65 million through innovative uses of data analytics, which helped him identify medical cost savings opportunities.
In addition, Mr. Victoria developed, implemented, and supported the new data warehouse solution for Medicare in 2011 and directed data integration between Preferred Care Partners and Medica Health Plan in 2013.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from ICESI University.

David Salazar
Vice President, Growth & Retention
As Vice President of Growth and Retention at Genuine Health Group, Mr. Salazar concentrates on physician acquisition and management of enrolled physician partners.
Mr. Salazar cofounded Health Care Advisor Services (HCAS), a management service organization, or MSO, which administered the risk arrangements between physicians and health plans. Genuine Health acquired the company in 2018.

Eric Hammond
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Genuine Health Group, Eric Hammond oversees core finance functions, financial planning and analysis, and M&A finance, further enhancing Genuine Health Group’s stability and growth.
Previously, Mr. Hammond served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Genuine Health Group. Since joining the company, Mr. Hammond has demonstrated exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to the company’s financial strategies and operations.
Mr. Hammond was previously a VP in a similar capacity at Apricus Health in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he partnered with executive management, the board of directors, and business unit heads while leading multi-faceted capital-raising, budgeting, monthly reporting, and strategic planning efforts.
Before working at Apricus Health, Mr. Hammond directed the Financial Planning and Analysis department at Equality Health. He also served as Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies in New York and a Business Analyst at Pershing in Jersey City.
Mr. Hammond received his baccalaureate in Finance and Economics from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania.

Diti Sangoi
Vice President Of Strategy
As the Vice President of Strategy at Genuine Health Group, Diti Sangoi applies her extensive experience managing cross-functional initiatives in the financial services, technology, and healthcare sectors to Genuine’s managed healthcare delivery model and beyond.
Ms. Sangoi was previously Chief of Strategy & Staff at Apricus Health in Scottsdale, Arizona, overseeing the organization’s directed growth and collaborating with the executive team to strategize based on business metrics. She interfaced with investment bankers and institutional investors to present the company’s growth story, ultimately driving the successful sale of Apricus Medical Group to Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. Ms. Sangoi worked in executive-level strategic planning positions at Altus Group, Trepp, and Massage Envy prior to working at Apricus.
Ms. Sangoi earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish Literature from Columbia University. Her hobbies include world travel and languages. She is a huge fan of Bollywood films.

Ingrid Enamorado
Vice President Of Network Performance
Ms. Enamorado monitors all programs related to revenue cycle and assists in efforts to improve reimbursement accuracy. She previously served as a healthcare data analyst at one of the nation’s largest accountable care organizations.
Ms. Enamorado holds a degree in healthcare administration and management from National Louis University.

Grace Herrera, RN BSN MBA
Senior Director, Clinical Operations
Ms. Giraldo leads Genuine Health At Home, a program that provides home-based care for patients with chronic diseases, in addition to our Transition Care Management Program and home health services. She has over 13 years of experience in case management, utilization management and discharge planning. Prior to joining Genuine Health Group, Ms. Giraldo served 10 years at two UnitedHealthcare-owned and operated Medicare Advantage plans in Florida.
Ms. Giraldo earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s in business administration from Florida International University.

Stephany Nino
Director Of Network Operations
Ms. Nino manages the company’s contractual relationships with Medicare, health plans, and providers. She is one of Genuine Health’s original employees and has served in a number of roles since its inception in 2016, including director of operations.
Ms. Nino earned a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

David Price
Director of Physician Performance, Central/North Florida
David Price, Director of Physician Performance (Central/North Florida) at Genuine Health Group, is a results-oriented professional with extensive executive-level and management experience in information systems, client services, and finance.
Before joining Genuine Health Group, Mr. Price was Chief Information Officer at UnitedHealth Group [Optum/WellMed] in Tampa, Florida, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing daily functions. As the Area Informatics Officer, Mr. Price represented Florida in the South Region of OptumCare, managing over 240,000 assigned lives and $2 billion in revenue from five national health plans. His responsibilities included leading a team of 54 technical resources, advising the executive leadership team on IT-related matters, and spearheading projects to enhance data architecture and analysis.
Mr. Price earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of South Florida.

Michael Lazo
Director of Physician Performance, South Florida
Michael Lazo is the Director of Physician Performance (South Florida) at Genuine Health Group. His experience includes administering internal database and information systems, maintaining medical records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. With an unwavering commitment to optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving cost-effective solutions, Mr. Lazo has consistently demonstrated his capability to deliver exceptional outcomes in healthcare environments.
Mr. Lazo previously served as Center Director at Dedicated Senior Medical Center in Palm Beach County, Florida. Here, he assumed responsibility for the holistic management of multi-site medical centers, overseeing primary care and specialty services. He was instrumental in formulating growth strategies, managing budgets exceeding $20 million annually, and fostering collaborative partnerships.
Mr. Lazo is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration.
