An Accountable Care Organization
You may have received notification that your doctor is part of Genuine Health, an Accountable Care Organization participating in the Shared Savings Program (MSSP) or Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (REACH) Model within Medicare.

Your Medicare benefits have not changed. You still have the freedom of choice to go to any doctor, hospital, or other healthcare provider of your choice that accepts Medicare.
What Is An ACO?
An ACO is a group of doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers who agree to work together to keep you healthy. All physician members of Genuine Health agree to the following:
